I've gotten more and more sensitive against milkproducts. Nowadays I cant eat anything dairy related at all, except butter, cheese and small amounts with cream. I've tried low-lactose and non-lactose. Didnt help. I dont miss to drink milk. But i DO miss eating youghurt, cremefraiché and others! Everytime i eat it i get a bad, swollen stomach and ache.. the same thing happens with all other dairy products i eat. Its not fair, but thats how it is. Life aint fair.

I do feel soo much better without the milk. I realized that. I just need to teach my body not to crave the goodie cowmilk stuff so much. I pay for it every time i eat it.

I believe the longing for milk comes from being raised with it all our lives. We never stopped drinking "breastmilk". We just continued drinking someone elses milk. Thats why we just dont wanna let go of it! Humans are the only creature on the planet that eat other creatures milk. Funny fact. I'm just thinking if it's natural or not for us to eat so much dairy as we do.

Cheese on the other hand is a supposed natural thing. Long long ago humans probably hunted bovine creatures. And the easiest prey they could catch were the calves. So what's this got to do with cheese? In the calves stomachs there is cheese! When the calves are small their stomachs ain't fully developed yet. When they drink milk it coagulates and creates a sort of cheese. Its a rare delicacy these days. I do prefere other types of cheese tho... <.<
